To calculate the adjusted EBIT it is enough to apply the amortization rate to the value of amortizable assets (AAssets), that is only part of the total value of assets; it comprehends PPE, machinery and intangible assets with definite useful life (IADUL).
After that it is possible to calculate EBIT for year 1.

There are two ways to calculate the NCI goodwill at FV, one using just the data regarding NCI and the other one using the full goodwill.

NCI method

We first need to obtain the value of the whole NCI, to then subtract the NCI part of the FVOE
